The Spectrum Workstation DT series from Karimoku New Standard is designed for people who need a table that can effortlessly shift between work, dining and meeting modes. Created by the Berlin-based design studio Geckeler Michels, these pieces bring together clean geometry, clever functionality and the warmth of solid oak.

Both DT 190 and DT 240 share the same design language: a long, refined rectangular top, supported by a sturdy yet minimal base that keeps the silhouette light. The “DT” or double-top concept introduces a practical twist — the tabletop is framed by recessed zones that can be used for storage, accessories or easy cable routing, helping to keep the main surface visually calm and clutter-free.

There are two sizes to suit different rooms and ways of living:

• Spectrum Workstation DT 190 – ideal for medium-sized dining rooms, compact offices or creative studios. It comfortably seats a small group for meals or meetings while still fitting into tighter spaces.

• Spectrum Workstation DT 240 – a generous, statement-scale table made for large dining areas, open-plan lofts, shared workspaces or conference rooms. The extra length provides ample room for multiple users, laptops, documents or full table settings.

To integrate seamlessly into different interior styles, the series is offered in two finishes:

• Pure Oak – a light, natural finish that highlights the grain and warmth of the wood, perfect for Japandi, Scandinavian and relaxed contemporary spaces.

• Black Oak – a deeper, more architectural finish that adds contrast and sophistication while still revealing the natural character of the oak.
