MAYUHANA GOBEN FLOOR LAMP

The Mayuhana Goben Floor Lamp embodies the delicate tension between light and shadow. Created by acclaimed Japanese architect Toyo Ito, this lamp takes inspiration from natural, organic forms—much like flower petals or the layers of a silken cocoon.

Hand-spun fiberglass threads wrap around a metal frame, forming two or three nested shells that subtly filter the light, creating a warm, atmospheric glow. The unique structure produces an interplay of translucency and opacity that feels both contemporary and timeless.

Available in two sizes, the Mayuhana Goben works beautifully in spacious living areas, bedrooms, or contemplative corners.
